We require a booking fee for all sessions in order to reserve your date, time and quoted price.
The balance of your payment is payable at your scheduled portrait session, or 2 weeks prior for weddings.
All booking fees are non-refundable.
Should circumstances dictate, booking fees are transferrable to another mutually agreed date.
Guy Halliday Photography retains the copyright to all images and accepts no responsibility for inferior prints from general retailer printing outlets if images supplied on CD are used for additional printing.
Guy Halliday shall be entitled to sub-contract his obligations.
Guy Halliday Photography shall not be liable to the customer for any failure, in whole or part, to fulfil his obligations, where a failure arises as a result of an event or circumstances beyond his control, which may include ( but are not limited to ) equipment failure, inclement weather, illness or injury.
